For units 12 years or newer , most of the time they just need maintenance or parts to bring them back to life. If your units refrigerant is phased out and/or isn't efficient as it use to be then a replacement is recommended.
You should have your systems serviced right before each cooling and heating season starts.
We recommend insulating your business properly , having proper windows and efficient a/c system
