A diagnosis of your system at a flat rate

Residential

$80

Home owners , we diagnose issues on your ac and heating system at a flat rate of 80$. We will inform you of the diagnosis and quote you a repair. All our repairs include a standard 1 year warranty.

Commercial

$120

Our commercial diagnostics include troubleshooting commercial AC systems, Refrigeration systems and ice machines. 

Price includes a single diagnosis.

Efficiency Membership

Our Green efficiency service plans. Have us come out on a set yearly schedule, have your unit in peak performance and save! (Price is for each visit)

Quarterly

$90

Set four dates of the year where we come by. We change your air filter with high quality air filters. We clear your condensate drain line. We also check your motors,your coils and your electrical components. All this to ensure your system is in good shape and prevent breakdowns.

The big plus?No pushy sells. We only ever inform you of your system issues and only quote repairs when needed.

Ice machine cleaning

Guaranteed to pass health inspection. We clean and sanitize the ice bin and ice machine. Free water filter replacement labor.(customer provided water filters)

Efficiency cleaning

Non-member , one time cleaning. 

We dissemble the ice machine panels, clean and disinfect them.We run a wash cycle with ice machine cleaner and clean the ice bin. Once finished we turn on the ice machine and wait for two batches of ice before leaving. No charge on call-backs after cleaning.

Quarterly Ice machine cleaning

Our Efficiency Cleaning + the ice machines condenser coil and condenser fans cleaning. Guaranteed to pass health inspection. We will confirm ice machine is working before leaving.

Capacitors

$260

Our most common repair. Homeowners know most of the time it's the capacitor. Don't dread the mystery behind the price, we offer flat rate price for home capacitors at $260 each. We will confirm if it is the issue and likely have it on our truck to replace then and there. 

Contactors

$300

This is the electrical component that functions like a switch giving power to your outdoor motos. It is important that it has no corrosion or any loss of efficiency as your motors require clean full electricity or overheat and fail. We offer most contractor replacements at $300

Condenser cleaning

$400

Your outdoor unit removes heat by forcing air through its coil and out the fan. If the coil is restricted or covered in dirt the efficiency of heat removal is reduced. In extreme cases it will cause your compressor or fan motor to fail. We disassemble your unit, clean with condenser cleaner and put it all back and test it. All at a flat rate of $400

Prices are subject to change depending on service contracts , equipment costs , holidays and weekends. Excludes specialized filters like aprilare and high merv filters. Afterhour price starts at 4pm
